“Discover a refreshing and simple approach to wellbeing through sampling a range of classes and workshops provided at Silavadee”

Our Team of recreation hosts will provide guidance and activities to give you the foundation needed for a long lasting state of feeling well and which may lead to small yet meaningful changes that support you in your own level of wellbeing.

You may choose one of our three basic programs and our team will assist in designing your individual “wellbeing activities”


  • Sila Wellbeing

    Discover a refreshing approach through sampling a diverse range of practice classes and insightful workshops such as Ocean Breath and nature based activities.

    This program also includes the experience of local culture. Recommended for guests who wish to experiment and explore all that Silavadee and Thai culture has to offer 

  • Balanced Fitness

    Revitalize your body with a diverse range of workouts and stretching sessions. They are designed to enhance your physique, including power and muscle building elements while also focusing on balance and concentration.

    Suitable for different fitness levels, and recommended for those wishing to improve physical vitality and concentration levels.

  • Mindful Awareness

    Find your inner balance with calming, mindful practices. This program is designed for those who wish to “slow down”.

    It combines slow movement practices, meditation and breathing exercises to become aware of a deeper sense of self, improve emotional state of mind and re connect to nature.

    This program is best combined with a with a daily massage for full relaxation.

Alternatively you may choose to pick any of our activities at your own leisure “a la carte”.
A preliminary consultation and body assessment can be scheduled at the beginning of your stay followed by suitable recommendations.

  • Stand up Paddle Board – perfect exercise to improve your balance
  • Kayaking – improves the upper body muscles and coordination

    Sila Wellbeing offers opportunities to connect with the local community and discover the joys of giving and receiving through meaningful activities. Learn about the local culture through temple visits or the delicate art of jasmine garland making. A plethora of unique activities awaits your discovery.

  • EAT EASY

    At Silavadee we care about what you eat and drink. Join our Chef in a simple and healthy cooking class of one local dish that can be simply done at your home. Eating healthy should never be boring. Additionally our Sun Lounge Menu is dedicated for those who wish to incorporate “Wellness Cuisine” into their diet during their stay at Silavadee, without compromising on flavor and authentic Thai dining experiences

  • MINDFUL ART

    Mindful practice in the art of Jasmine garland making or Thai Origami Jasmine garlands are widely used and often presented as a form of respect, well wishes and blessings to the recipient.

    The fine art of making these garlands requires a good dose of patience, mindfulness and a sense of calm. Try yourself on this local art artistry that goes behind a time-honored tradition.

  • MERIT MAKING

    Experience the joy of giving Witness and be a part of the spiritual art of alms giving -- "Tak Bard". This local and unique activity is part of the daily routine of the monk and many local people. Every morning monk receive food and basic necessities from the community. This activity is believed in Thai culture, to bring happiness and peace to those who present alms to the monks.

  • THAI BOXING BASICS

    Try the ancient Thai martial art This is a high energy Thai Boxing practice. Our trainers will impart techniques of the Thai ancient cultural art and share insights of the country's national sport. An excellent opportunity to pick up new skills and connect with locals and its community.
